Does Blizzard damage you, too? I know it's based off your own magic/frost resistance, but will it damage yourself?

Plus a potion of WTF(see what I did there?) will make it even more powerful!

That is badass! I will go make my mage a complete Blizzard wielding High Elf. Of course i have to Lv.81 so i can get all the perks and have to but Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn once they come out.

@Dylan

Spell absorption will completely protect your weakness to magicka, the apprentice stone would also correct your atronach magicka degen so your character would basically have..

  • Magicka/Poison/Disease Immunity
  • 100% Magicka Regen
  • 100 Extra Magicka
  • Potential for a triple powered Blizzard!

That is one absolute BEAST of a set up for a Blackguard/Necromancer/Cryomancer!

Blizzard is the wierdest spell ever. SO to get maximum damage you have the Advanced Atronach Stone (Like the one in the Obsidian Sentinel) with the Aetherial crown to get and Advanced Apprentice Stone. That gives you a 100% absorb Magic but a 200% weakness, but doesn't that just counteract the 100% Absorbtion? And if you want even more damage you can use a weakness to frost potion.

Thanks Spectre!

That could possibly be a cool stack!

Mason, for your O. Sentinel; a potion of White Cap, Ice Wraith Teeth, and Sabre Cat Tooth= domination. (Fortify HA+ Weakness to Frost)

Dang, your right.

@Sanctus. You're forgetting about the +25% frost resistance. Over all the mask makes you did less damage. That is what I used when running my tests.
