Jarls

i dont know if anybodys gonna read this but i figured i had to say befor it was to late that the thing that really got me onboard the skyrim wagon was when i found out the lords would be called Jarls. The reason is about two years ago i had heard that word and looked it up an liked what it meant so i decided that tjis would be the name of my first born son. THen i found out they put it in my favorute game series that just confirmed for me that i had to get this game on day 1 

 

So yeah post whatever u want 2 about Jarls and how we can hopefully be 1 or what u wanna do as a jarl

If so, I'd want it to be one of the smallest of the Holds and governing could involve fighting alongside your people, a massive castle with underground treasure, and political stuff.

I think blog posts can be about anything you want, as long as it's Skyrim related, and this certainly is.

Anyway, Jonathan, do you pronounce it Jarl, with a hard "J", or like it is in the game; "Yarl"?

i think they might because when u beat shivering isles you got to besides being a god sort of dabble in government by deciding if you wanted to stop a problem personally or let your soldiers do it. Hopefully like everything else in skyrim they took that system from oblivion and seriously upgrade it so u can actually govern.

Well, I don't think we can be a jarl (not sure, mind you).  But we can become a thane (titled land owner) - probably appointed by one of the jarls.
