I happened to have started a new build and playthrough about 3 or 4 weeks before Automatron dropped. And luckily enough, it fit perfectly with the vibe. So as soon as it released I hopped right in and…Continue
I've been thinking a lot about this question with my latest play through - a dedicated 2 handed Nord male, in the same vein as the wonderful build …Continue
Welcome Vault wanderers. I'm Motty and I've got Skills. Sweet nunchuck skills. Not really, but I do have a few builds for you to peruse. If you'd rather view them in list format - just use these tags:
My Take on Darth Vader in Skyrim. He uses unlimited concentration casting and the vampiric grip in human form to absolutely dominate. Embrace your destiny and give into the hate. May the Force be with you, Sith Lords.
This Crossworlds 2 Event build was my take on Grima Wormtongue, with a little Screwtape / Devil inspiration on the side. It's also a successful use of the recycling bin, as Vlad the Inhaler originally came up with a core concept for an antichrist build. The Shadow Advisor is an evil, Mace of Molag Bal wielding, illusion caster with a silver tongue. Using his voice in numerous ways to manipulate the world of politics and battle alike, he can handle any Skyrim situation.
Indiana Jones was a childhood hero and aspiration of mine. In Skyrim, The Artifact Hunter goes dungeon diving with a crossbow, miraak's sword and some fire runes to keep the bad guys guessing. A jack of all trades, and master collector, he'll stop at nothing to put the right artifact in the right hands. That belongs in a museum!
My first builds in Skyrim were merging the Christian Holy Trinity with The Talos Oversoul. The result was The Father, Messiah and Holy Ghost.
The Father is Tiber Septim incarnate, wielding a two-handed nordic great sword and reduced shout cooldown to max efficacy and fun.
Topping out at level 40, this workshop success story is a great beginner build for those looking to use a lot of shouts.
The Messiah is a Skyrimized Jesus. A pacifist (sort of), wielding claws and a Spellbreaker as needed. Heavy use of disciples (followers), and a lot of role-play in spreading good news and positivity make for a unique playthrough.
Lastly, The Holy Ghost is a sneaky silver sword wielding acrobat. She is in Skyrim to judge, and she's the justice the bad guys never see coming.
At her strongest, she can instantly recharge her magicka using Dragonskin, and guardian circle. _____________________________________________________________
Fallout 4 Builds: Also Found With The Tag - "Motty Build"
The One - A Matrix Inspired "Neo" build featuring a Courser Outfit and lots of Bullet Time combat with pistols and blitz melee.
The Glowing One- Roleplay as a Ghoul using Lorenzo's Artifact and other radiation based weaponry, thriving on rads, the sun and occasional cannibalism.
The Greaser - A cool cat enforcer, rocking an armored greaser outfit and punching out wasteland nerds with lots of 50s style.
The Gearhead - My take on an intelligent survivalist, robotics tinkerer and explosive rifleman all rolled into one awesome roleplay and gameplay experience. Automatron DLC compliant and recommended. Follow the Gearhead in my fan fiction Long Story.
The Replacement - What if the Sole Survivor is a Synth? That's the question this build ponders. The Institute's new above ground enforcer is a stalker, survivor and expert pistol-ista.
The Huntsman - Role-play the Wastelands as a crack-shot hunter with a Lever Action Rifle and your tacking dog. Lots of VATs headshot and stacking critical shots make you feel unstoppable!
The Torturer - A Sadistic Psychopath with a Knee-capping Flamer and Meat Hook! Focus on AP and Critical Bar Regeneration for tons of VATs Kill Cam Fun!
“I’m going to miss you…” Nora paused in my arms. “So much!”
“So much.” I confirmed.
It was my time to serve. My time to follow in the footsteps of my father and grandfather and saying goodbye to my fiancé was hard. I wasn’t always the best at showing it,…Continue
I couldn’t care less about caps. Of course it is nice to be able to buy parts I need for my inventions rather than scrounging the Wasteland for them. But what good is collecting currency here? I don’t see any banks opening up. No one is thinking - where can I get a good interest rate on these…Continue
Life isn’t easy. But when you meet someone who accepts you, flaws and all it sure is worth the effort. Nora was in law school here in Boston and I was job-hunting in the city when we first ran into each other.
The urge is always there. Like an itch begging to be scratched.
My excursions have taken me further and further into the wasteland and away from the relative safety of home. This results in having to bed down in some pretty sketchy places. I once found a sleeping bag on the roof of an old church…Continue
