I want a tribe name for my tribal character, hes probably a melee and survival character who is resilient to radiation.

If all else fails go with Gary.

While Gary is undoubtedly an A+ name, I'm curious what exactly you mean by 'tribal.' Like what are you going for? Native American tribal, or like a Skyrim-esque 'Clan' name that denotes his skill/profession/temperament?

a tribal similar to the ones in Zion or the former tribals that Caesar's legion took over.

Should I join the omertas or chairmen as a mafioso character and I need a S.P.E.C.I.A.L for my mafioso build for new vegas, capisce.

Omertas, bar none.

OOOOOOoooooo Borommakot how ye doin eeeh oooh it has been a looong time fella

Any idea how I should RPas Randall Flagg?

Maybe  go with high Charisma/Speech, to be able to "influence" people. Any perks involving the mentality of NPCs (including animals). Use a really basic wasteland outfit (maybe the Wasteland Legend/Merc Veteran outfit). Probably roll with the Legion, or a fairly violent version of Indepenence.

I have a character I created for the Fallout LRP a while ago, and I want to repurpose her for regular character profile. The problem I'm having is matching the backstory with the ones in the games. She's supposed to be a native to her region, in the sense that she wasn't born or raised in a vault (which naturally conflicts with FO3), but  she's also meant to be a scavver, not a community building courier (which doesn't jive with NV).

What would be the best way to fit her into one of these stories? Or would it be better not to try, and just leave her NPC profile, or something?

Your character's background is not fully fleshed out. Ulysses himself says everything before the courier job in the divide is unknown and doesn't matter as much. So, maybe your character couldn't find anymore locations or things to scavenge and as a last resort she turned the first job of worth, the NCR job. And after they directed your character to the Mojave.

I just have a hard time imagining the Hopeville community not being a long term process, and I would rather not make the character a long term Courier.
